Tax load over the world

The most big tax load is in Denmark. This is conclusion of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Tax burden was calculated as the ratio of tax revenues to the country's GDP. In Denmark the figure is 48.9%.

The lowest tax burden was in Mexico - 20.5% in 2007.
The highest tax burden now:

1. Denmark (48.9%)
2. Sweden (48.2%)
3. Belgium (44.4%)
4. France (43.6%)
5. Norway (43.4%)
